UNDERSTANDING THE USER
While this poster could be for any Golden Gate park patron, I focused on San Francisco daters. I chose to user those who would use Golden Gate Park as a part of their dating experience.

STYLE SHEET
The Process
I chose Fall/Autumn colors to match the season. For fonts, I combined the weight and prestige of the serif Rockwell with the fun and ease of the sans-serif Interstate. Museo Slab was used sparingly to support the hierarchy.

FINAL DESIGN

RESULTS
Gathering feedback and planning next steps to better represent the park.
REFLECTIONS
This project was about the user and the ease of finding the information.

Placement dictated how the user would quickly get the information needed: location, time, description and any age limits.

I would go back and design for different users school aged children, couples and or families. As per their individual needs.
NEXT STEPS
-
Designing a poster for children and schools.
-
Connecting users with additional offerings.
-
Design a series of three monthly posters for the season.
